Amend Sections 17-22-50 And 17-22-60, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Both Relating To Eligibility Of Persons Who May Participate In Pretrial Intervention Programs, Both So As To Remove The Limitation On Persons Previously Accepted Into An Intervention Program So That Persons May Participate More Than Once.
