A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 61-4-730, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO SALES BY PERMITTED WINERIES, SO AS TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE PERMITTED WINERIES MUST PRODUCE THE WINE IT SELLS AND SHIPS WITH A MAJORITY OF THE JUICE FROM FRUIT AND BERRIES GROWN IN THE STATE AND TO ALLOW THE SHIPMENT OUT OF STATE OF WINE PRODUCED FROM THE WINERY LOCATION.
