Provide That An Urgent Care Facility May Not Refuse To Treat An Individual Who Has An Outstanding Debt With The Facility Who Presents With A Medical Condition That May, Without Immediate Treatment, Result In Harm To Or Endanger The Life Of The Individual If The Condition And Treatment Of The Condition Are Within The Facility's Scope Of Treatment.
