Summary
Provide That A Person Who Serves As A Trustee Of A Public College Or University May Not Be Elected To The Board Of Trustees Of Another Public College Or University For A Period Of One Year After He Ceases To Be A Member Of The Board Of Trustees Of The College Or University On Which He Serves Or Fails To File For Reelection To The First Board If Serving As An Elected Member Of That Board.
