Enact The "south Carolina Tax Returns Uniformly Made Public Act"; To Require A Candidate For President Or Vice President Of The United States To File Copies Of The Candidate's Federal Income Tax Return For The Ten Years Preceding The Year Of The General Election And Provide Written Consent, In A Form Prescribed By The State Election Commission, For The Public Disclosure Of The Candidate's Federal Income Tax Returns.
