A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-21-710, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO AIDS TO NAVIGATION AND REGULATORY MARKERS, SO AS TO INCLUDE IN REGULATIONS TO BE PROMULGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES THE REQUIREMENT THAT NAVIGATION AIDS AND REGULATORY MARKERS MUST HAVE REFLECTIVE MATERIAL OR A DEVICE SO THAT THE AIDS OR MARKERS WILL ENHANCE VISIBILITY AT NIGHT.
