A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-13-215 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ON LAKE MARION AND ON LAKE MOULTRIE IT IS UNLAWFUL TO TAKE OR POSSESS MORE THAN FIVE BLACK BASS A DAY OR TO TAKE A BLACK BASS LESS THAN FOURTEEN INCHES IN LENGTH.
