Amend Section 37-29-110, As Amended, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Board Of Directors Of Palmettopride, So As To Add The Secretary Of The Department Of Transportation To The Board; To Amend Section 37-29-130, Relating To Funds Appropriated To Palmettopride, So As To Provide That Funds Allocated To Palmettopride Shall Flow Through The Department Of Transportation; And To Provide That The Department Of Parks, Recreation And Tourism Shall Transfer Certain Funds To The Department Of Transportation.
