Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 16-11-765 So As To Provide It Is Unlawful To Park Vehicles In The Right Of Way Of Highways Maintained By Governmental Authorities Under Certain Circumstances, To Provide For The Disposal Of These Vehicles, And To Provide Penalties; And By Amending Section 16-11-700, Relating To Prohibitions On Dumping Litter On Private Or Public Property, The Responsibility For Its Removal, And Penalties, So As To Provide Motor Vehicles Are Considered Litter Under Certain Circumstances, And To Make Technical Changes.
