Summary

Amend Section 7-13-110, As Amended, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Residency Requirements Of Chairmen, Clerks, And Managers Of Elections, So As To Provide That An Individual Who Serves As A Poll Manager, Assistant Poll Manager, Or Poll Worker Must Be Compensated In An Amount Not Less Than Fifteen Dollars An Hour While Attending Compulsory Elections Training Required By State Law And While Working The Day Prescribed By Law To Conduct General Elections.
