A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-1970, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE UNLAWFUL PARKING OF A VEHICLE IN A PLACE DESIGNATED FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION MUST BE TRIED EXCLUSIVELY IN SUMMARY COURT.
