A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-115, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS ALONG THE STATE'S HIGHWAYS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AN AGENT OR EMPLOYEE OF AN OWNER OF A GOLF CART WHO POSSESSES A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE MAY OPERATE THE VEHICLE ALONG CERTAIN HIGHWAYS AND STREETS.
