Summary

Define The Term "coil", To Provide That A Secondary Metals Recycler Must Not Purchase Or Otherwise Acquire An Iron Or Steel Manhole Cover Or Drainage Grate Or A Coil, And To Provide That A Secondary Metals Recycler Shall Not Enter Into A Cash Transaction In Payment For Copper, Catalytic Converters, And Beer Kegs That Totals Twenty-five Dollars Or More.
