Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 59-25-412 So As To Provide Public School Teachers May Not Be Required To Work More Than Thirty-seven And One Half Hours Each Week Without Receiving Overtime Pay, And To Provide Remedies For Violations.
