Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 10-1-220 So As To Require Public Buildings Owned By The State Or Any Agency, Office, Department, Division, Commission, Or Institution Thereof, Including State And Local Correctional And Prison Facilities, To Supply Feminine Hygiene Products In Each Female Public Restroom, Free Of Charge.
