Enact The "portable Electronics Insurance Act", To Provide Certain Definitions Related To Portable Electronics Insurance, To Provide Requirements Relating To The Sale Of Portable Electronics Insurance, To Provide Requirements Concerning The Modification Or Termination Of Electronics Insurance, To Provide Licensure Requirements And Procedures, And To Provide The Director Of The Department Of Insurance May Take Certain Measures To Protect The Public And Implement The Provisions Of This Chapter
