Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 9-11-145 So As To Provide An Additional One-time Payment To Members Of The Police Officers Retirement System Who Are Killed In The Line Of Duty, And To Set Forth The Amount Of The Payment Dependent On The Circumstances Of The Death.
