A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT A CHILDCARE FACILITY UNDER A PROVISIONAL LICENSE THAT IS NOT IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO THE PROVISION OF HOT WATER MAY HAVE IT'S LICENSE EXTENDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR OR MORE UNTIL THE STATE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON THE REGULATION OF CHILDCARE FACILITIES COMPLETES ITS THREE YEAR REVIEW OF CHILDCARE REGULATIONS.
