A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 8-13-920, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE REPORTING OF CAMPAIGN EXPENDITURES BY PERSONS RUNNING FOR AN OFFICE ELECTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, SO AS TO REQUIRE THE REPORTING OF UNPAID INVOICES OR BILLS RECEIVED OR PAID BY THE CANDIDATE OR A PERSON ON HIS BEHALF FOR COMMUNICATION THROUGH TELEVISION, RADIO, TELEPHONE, PRINT PUBLICATION, INCLUDING MAIL, OR ELECTRONIC MEANS MADE BY OR ON BEHALF OF A CANDIDATE THAT IS DESIGNED TO INFLUENCE THE OUTCOME OF AN ELECTION.
