AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 779 OF 1988, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO LAURENS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS 55 AND 56, SO AS TO REVISE AND REDEFINE THE SINGLE-MEMBER DISTRICTS FROM WHICH TRUSTEES ARE ELECTED, TO REDESIGNATE MAP NUMBERS ON WHICH THESE DISTRICTS ARE DELINEATED, TO AUTHORIZE A NONRESIDENT STUDENT ATTENDING A SCHOOL IN EITHER SCHOOL DISTRICT TO CHOOSE TO ATTEND THE SCHOOL HE IS ATTENDING OR ANOTHER SCHOOL IN EITHER SCHOOL DISTRICT UNTIL HIS SECONDARY EDUCATION IS COMPLETED, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF TRANSPORTATION COSTS AFFECTED BY CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT. - ratified title

Revise And Redefine The Single-member Districts From Which Trustees Are Elected, To Redesignate Map Numbers On Which These Districts Are Delineated, To Authorize A Nonresident Student Attending A School In Either School District To Choose To Attend The School He Is Attending Or Another School In Either School District Until His Secondary Education Is Completed, And To Provide For The Payment Of Transportation Costs Affected By Certain Provisions Of This Act. - Ratified Title
