Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 58-27-260 So As To Provide That The Department Of Health And Environmental Control Shall Charge A Surcharge Of Thirty Dollars Per Ton On Any Coal Combustion Residuals Transferred To A Landfill In A County With A Population Of Less Than Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred, And To Provide For The Collection, Retention, And Expenditure Of This Surcharge.
