Summary
Amend Section 40-43-86, As Amended, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating In Part To Drugs Dispensed For Use By Inpatients Of A Hospital, So As To Require Hospital Pharmacies To Relabel Certain Unused Prescribed Drugs Administered Through An Inhaler Or Similar Device Or Equipment For Use By The Patient After Discharge.
