Summary

Relating To Burglary, Housebreaking, Robbery, And The Like, To Enact The "home Invasion Protection Act", To Provide That Burglary In The First Degree May Be Punishable By Life Imprisonment If The Burglary Involves Certain Elements Of This Section, And To Provide For Sentencing Of A Person Guilty Of Burglary In The First Degree Of Not Less Than Twenty Years If A Person Who Is Not A Participant In The Crime Is Present In The Dwelling.
