Enact The "south Carolina False Claims Act"; To Amend Title 15 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Civil Remedies And Procedures, By Adding Chapter 85, To Provide Liability For False Or Fraudulent Claims Under Certain Circumstances, Procedures For Civil Actions For False Claims, The Procedure And Contents Of Civil Investigative Demands, And Creating The State False Claims Act Investigation And Prosecution Fund, And To Define Necessary Terms.
