Summary
Amend Article 4, Chapter 5, Title 7 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Multiple Site Voter Registration And The Responsibilities Of The State Election Commission In Implementing The National Voter Registration Act Of 1993, By Adding Section 7-5-321, To Provide That An Elector Registered To Vote Or Submitting An Application For Voter Registration May Have The Information Relating To His Residence Address, Telephone Number, And Email Address Declared Confidential Upon Presentation Of A Certified Copy Of An Injunction Or A Restraining Order.
