Summary
Amend Section 59-67-520 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To The Transportation Of Handicapped School Pupils, To Provide That, Beginning With The 2019-2020 School Year, All Buses Provided For Handicapped School Pupils Must Be Equipped With Climate Control Systems In Good Working Order, And To Provide That, In The Event Of A Mechanical Failure, A Fully Functioning Alternative Mode Of Transportation Shall Be Immediately Provided To Transport The Bus's Passengers To The Appropriate Destination.
