Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 23-31-215(n), (p), And (s), Relating To Concealable Weapon Permits, So As To Require The Permits To Be Automatically Issued Upon Certain Conditions And To Revise The Manner In Which Out-of-state Permits Must Be Honored.
