Summary

Relating To Funding Of The Local Government Fund, To Provide That For Any Fiscal Year That The Actual Amount Appropriated To The Local Government Fund Is Less Than The Amount Appropriated In The Latest Completed Fiscal Year, A Political Subdivision Receiving Aid From The Fund May Reduce Its Support To Any State Mandated Program Or Requirement By Up To A Percentage Equal To The Percentage Reduction In The Actual Amount Appropriated To The Local Government Fund.
