Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 44-61-170 So As To Establish Requirements For Emergency Service System Billing And Insurance Coverage Practices Applicable To Out-of-network Emergency Medical Service Providers; And To Amend Section 44-61-20, As Amended, Relating To Definitions Used In The Emergency Medical Services Act, So As To Add A Definition For "insurer".
