Summary

Amend Title 15 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Civil Remedies And Procedures, By Adding Chapter 76, To Limit The Liability Of Certain Individuals Who Provide Volunteer Transportation To A Senior Citizen For Injuries And Losses To The Senior Citizen And To The Senior Citizen's Spouse, Family Members, Or Heirs And Assigns; To Provide Exceptions To Liability Limits If The Injuries Or Losses Are The Result Of Gross Negligence Or Other Misconduct Of The Volunteer; And For Other Purposes.
