Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 1-30-140 So As To Provide That Certain State Governmental Agencies Must Provide Increased Access Of Contraceptives For Any Person Older Than Thirteen, To Provide Guidance Concerning Increased Access, And To Provide That A Person Younger Than Sixteen Requesting Contraceptives Pursuant To This Section May Not Receive Contraceptives Unless They Have Written Parental Consent.
