Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 16-3-600, Relating To Assault And Battery, So As To Provide That A Person Who Unlawfully Injures A Healthcare Professional During The Course Of His Duties Or Injures A Person In A Healthcare Facility Commits The Offense Of Assault And Battery Of A High And Aggravated Nature, And To Provide Penalties.
