Summary

Amend Section 2-7-60, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Annual General Appropriations Act, So As To Provide That Line Item Appropriations To Be Expended For Multiple Purposes Or Activities Also Must Contain A Proviso Outlining Specific Individual Expenditures In Order To Receive Funding; And To Amend Section 11-9-10, Relating To Money To Be Spent Only For The Purpose Or Activity Specifically Appropriated, So As To Make Conforming Changes.
