Summary
Relating To Summonses, Orders Of Publication, And Service Of Papers, By Adding Section 15-9-18, To Provide That A Process Server, Who Is Not An Active Law Enforcement Officer, May Not Serve A Summons, Complaint, Or Other Judicial Documents By Entering The Private Property Of A Landowner If The Landowner Posts 'no Trespassing' Signs At Conspicuous Places.
