Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 56-5-2774 So As To Allow The Department Of Public Safety To Issue A Civil Penalty Citation Against The Registered Owner Of A Vehicle That Unlawfully Passes A School Bus, To Provide A Method To Appeal The Citation, And To Provide For The Repeal Of This Section.
