Summary
Provide For The Assessment Of One And One-half Ignition Interlock Device Points To A Person Whose Ignition Interlock Device Inspection Report Or Photographic Images Collected By The Device Show A Violation Of Certain Provisions Governing The Operation Of The Device, To Provide That The Vehicle Waiver That Provides That An Employer Is Not Required To Install An Ignition Interlock Device On A Vehicle Operated By An Employee Who Is Subject To The Ignition Interlock Device Driving Restrictions Does Not Apply Under Certain Circumstances To A Person Convicted Of A Second Or Subsequent Violation Of Certain Provisions That Make It Unlawful To Operate A Motor Vehicle While Under The Influence Of Alcohol Or Drugs, Or With An Unlawful Alcohol Concentration, To Provide Additional Conduct That Constitutes The Unlawful Operation Of An Ignition Interlock Device, To Provide For The Purging Of Photographic Images Collected On The Ignition Interlock Devices And Personal Information Regarding A Person's Participation In The Ignition Interlock Devices Program, And To Provide That This Section Applies Retroactively To Certain Persons Serving A Suspension Or Denial Of The Issuance Of A Driver's License Or Permit
