Summary
Amend Section 30-4-50, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Freedom Of Information Act, So As To Require The Results Of A Toxicology Report Or A Drug Or Alcohol Screening Performed On An Employee Of A State Or Local Governmental Agency At The Request Of His Employer Must Be Released As Public Information If The Report Or Screening Was As A Result Of Or Related To An Accident Or Incident While In The Course Of Employment.
