Summary

Provide Term Limits For Members Of The General Assembly Limiting Persons Elected To The House Of Representatives To Eight Terms In That Body, And Persons Elected To The Senate To Four Terms In That Body, And To Provide That Any Term Served For Which The Election Was Held Prior To January 1, 2018, May Not Be Counted As A Term Served.
