Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 24-13-40, Relating To The Computation Of Time Served By Prisoners, So As To Delete The Provision That Allows Prisoners To Use Time Spent Under Monitored House Arrest Against Their Sentence When Computing Time Served By A Prisoner.
