Summary
Relating To The Enforcement Of The Uniform Act Regulating Traffic On Highways, By Adding Section 56-5-6195, To Provide That The Department Of Public Safety May Impose A Fine Of Two Hundred Dollars In Addition To Those Penalties Provided In Section 56-5-6190 If A Person Is Traveling At A Speed Of Over Seventy-five Miles Per Hour On A Two-lane Highway Or At A Speed Of Over Eighty-five Miles Per Hour On A Four-lane Highway.
