Relating To The Appointment Of Assistant Attorneys General, To Provide For The Appointment Of Investigators And To Provide That Any Investigator Employed By The Attorney General With A Class 1 Law Enforcement Certification Shall Have Full Statewide Police Power In The State Of South Carolina And Is Required To Post Bond And Take An Oath To Faithfully Perform And Execute His Duties.
