Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 6-1-2020 So As To, Among Other Things, Designate Ambulance Service As An Essential Service In South Carolina; To Require That Each County Governing Body Ensures That At Least One Licensed Ambulance Service Is Operating Within The County; And To Define Relevant Terms.
