Provide That A Communications Service Provider Doing Business In This State, Which Charges A Fee In Exchange For A Limited Increment Of Data Service Pursuant To A Multi-month Service Contract Executed In This State, Shall Carry Forward At No Additional Expense To The Customer, A Customer's Cumulative Unused Data Balance From One Monthly Billing Cycle To The Monthly Billing Cycle Next Succeeding.
