Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 8-13-1530 So As To Prohibit A Person From Filing A Statement Of Intention Of Candidacy If The Person Has An Outstanding Debt To The State Ethics Commission, The House Of Representatives Ethics Committee, Or The Senate Ethics Committee, And To Provide A Procedure To Stay The Provisions Of This Section Pending The Outcome Of A Properly Filed Appeal.
