Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 56-5-1897 So As To Provide Speed Limitations On Vehicles Meeting Or Overtaking Waste Service Vehicles, And Penalties For Violations; And By Amending Section 56-5-170, Relating To The Definition Of The Term "authorized Emergency Vehicles", So As To Include "waste Service Vehicles" Within The Definition Of The Term, And To Provide They May Be Equipped With Strobe Lights.
