Authorize The State Election Commission To Receive Funds From A Political Party For Which The Commission Conducted A Presidential Primary In 2012 And To Require The Commission To Use The Funds To Reimburse Counties Or County Election Commission For Reasonable Expenses Directly Resulting From The Primary.
