Amend Section 16-11-760(b) Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Vehicles Parked On Private Property Without Permission, To Provide That Only Certain Storage Costs May Be Charged To The Owner And Lienholder Of A Vehicle Parked On Private Property Without Permission; To Amend Section 29-15-10(a), (b), And (e) Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Liens For Repairs Or Storage, To Prohibit The Collection Of Storage Costs By A Towing Company, Storage Facility, Garage, Or Repair Shop Prior To Sending Notice To The Owner And Lienholder; To Amend Section 56-5-5630(a) And (c) Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Payments For The Release Of Abandoned Vehicles And Related Provisions, To Provide That A Towing Company And Storage Facility May Not Charge Any Storage Costs Before Notice Is Sent To The Owner And Lienholder; To Amend Section 56-5-5635 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Law Enforcement Towing And Storage Procedures And Related Provisions, To Provide That A Towing Company, Storage Facility, Garage, Or Repair Shop May Not Charge Any Storage Costs Before Notice Is Sent To The Owner And Lienholder; And To Amend Section 56-5-5640 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To The Sale Of Unclaimed Vehicles, To Make Conforming Changes.
