Summary

Provide That Whenever An Election Is To Be Held By The General Assembly In Joint Session, Except For Members Of The Judiciary, The Vote Of A Member Of The House Of Representatives Shall Count As One Vote And The Vote Of A Member Of The Senate Shall Count As Two And Seven-tenths Votes.
