Summary

As enacted, specifies that individual convicted of certain drug offenses will be exempt from prohibition against eligibility for families first program benefits for such convictions, if such person meets certain requirements; an individual convicted of second drug felony involving possession, use or distribution of a controlled substance on or after July 1, 2011, will not be eligible for families first program benefits for a period of three years from the date of conviction. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 3, Part 1.
