Summary
As introduced, reduces from 30 days to 25 days the time within which a health care institution must notify the health services and development agency of a change of ownership and provide documentation of the commitment from the subsequent owner to comply with all conditions placed on the original certificate of need and on the license. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 68.
